TurboTax Refund Advance and Credit Karma not working

I am having the issue of trying to get a refund advance. Two years ago I signed up for the credit karma money account and got the advance. Last year I was unable to get the advance due to getting the same error I am getting now. TurboTax blames credit karma and vice versa. I am sick of this as neither side offers a solution. I have wasted so much time on this crap. How is there no solution to this problem still? All my info on credit karma matches all my info on TurboTax.

After contacting both credit karma and TurboTax over 10 times each, the issue has still not been resolved. I am just getting the run around from both companies blaming the other.

Same is happening to me , where will my money go ?!? No one has answers . What a scam I should’ve never clicked 5 day pay advance

If you selected the 5 days early option, the refund will just be deposited 5 days earlier than the normal refund process. The refund will be deposited into the bank account you selected during the refund selection questions. This option is not the same as the refund advance. If you have not submitted your return for e-filing, you can change the refund selection by following these steps:

Select File
Select start on step 2, Your refund option
Select refund advance

Applications will need to be approved. You will receive a separate email with the approval letter.

Britney I received my state two days ago today is the 15th day where is my federal !! So it appears you were incorrect ans they aren’t two seperate entities. Still can’t create a credit karma spend acc for please help

Go by what is listed on Where's My Refund for when your refund will be released.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Due to PATH Act, the IRS holds refunds for EITC/ACTC customers until March 3.

That’s absolutely incorrect . Only way is to create a credit karma spend account to receive that money it says

Difference Between Refund Advance and Refund Advance Loan. Go back thru the FILE section to see how you selected to Receive your Refund.
