Refund Advance - Haven't Received

I applied for, and was approved for a refund advance. I then got my approval notice from the IRS that my federal refund was approved. On TurboTax it also shows that my federal refund was approved. That was a week ago, I still do not have my advance in my Credit Karma spend account. I talked to Credit Karma and they say that the Federal Acceptance has not come through from TurboTax. Anyone know how to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.

IRS will start accepting e-filed returns on January 29, 2024. Your return must have been accepted in the test-run group. After tomorrow you should receive final approval and the Refund Advance should be released within 48 hours of acceptance.

This is not okay. You guys are using false promotion. I needed my advance. Big inconvenience and I’m surprised that no one has sued you guys by now.

I exiled today and was approved for advance. Irs accepted return bit still no money and it's been over 8 hours. Can't talk to a real person even though they are charging in me $110.00. Their ai assistant tells me to call them or claims they will call me but when I call I get silence followed by being hung up on and they just leave a voice-mail telling me to go to www.turbotax.com/support which just tells me to call and no answer . I'm very disappointed
