Did the IRS accept your federal return yet? The state cannot accept your return until the IRS accepts the federal. The IRS starts accepting/rejecting returns on January 29.

Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while some others do not. Please see the TurboTax article Why is my state e-file still pending?
