Do you mean that you want to have your tax refund deposited in your bank account? When you are filing your tax return TurboTax will ask you how you want to get your refund. One of the choices will be Direct Deposit.

Your tax return is the form you send to the government that shows your income and calculates your tax. The money the government sends back to you is your refund.
