      <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax does not touch your refund&amp;nbsp; or pay your taxes in any way.&amp;nbsp; That sheet only says, "When you get a refund from one taxing authority and pay the other , your net is so may dollars."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Pay the feds in your own sweet time, let the Feds wait!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are confused.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You must be looking at a "summary" that is netting out the difference between your federal tax owed and a state refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A state refund cannot be used to pay TurboTax fees, nor can it be used to pay federal tax owed.&amp;nbsp; Not ever.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
