Will I still be eligible for a refund advance if I don’t have a credit karma spend card?

One of the conditions to get the advance is to have your refund put on a Credit Karma card.

Do I have to have the card already? Or will tt issue a new one? Cause credit karma closed my other card for a negative balance

If you previously opened a Credit Karma Money Spend (checking) account and that account has been closed, you will not be eligible for Refund Advance.
