Turbo Tax purchases missing for 2020, 2021 and 2022 at TurboTax.com and my account

Had to reload Windows and apps on my Dell computer. Reinstalled all Turbo Tax apps for previous years.

The information and purchases from the TurboTax.com site for all our Turbo Tax Home and Business and Turbo Tax Business versions and purchases (we buy both versions every year) are missing for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Want to be able to access the files from online TurboTax and it isn't recognizing our purchases for these years.

It is particularly important to get 2022 online files/records accessible. Purchased all through Amazon.com--and have the pertinent license information both on Amazon digital record and our printed records.

If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive. They are not stored online. If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

If you used the Desktop programs the tax return files are only on your computer. You only need the files ending in .tax2022 to transfer into 2023. Both the Business returns and personal returns use the same ending .tax2022 extension but the name should show which kind it is. Do you have the .tax2022 files? They should be in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder. Or search your computer for all files ending in .tax or .tax2022.

Do you also need to see your prior returns? You need to save a pdf copy each year. They should be in the same location. You don't need to install the older programs unless you want to open the .tax files like to amend them.

All software was digital and downloaded to computer.

Some files are saved but came to rely on TurboTax for the convenience of some online information to reload to next year's return. It usually always worked until now.

If you bought the downloads thru amazon then the installation files are in your amazon account.

Seem to be an issue that my be related to Amazon. I switched to my laptop and many licenses were missing from my purchase history. After an hour of various attempts Intuit support was unable to associate my license code with my account. I was able to load the software form disk and use it. I entered the license code and my account details but the SW was not attached to my account. Did you ever get any workable resolution? Amazon is not help as that license is only good for a year.
