there's no way to know since we know nothing about your taxes and have no access to your returns. even if there was access there may be no way to tell if you missed anything. you can upgrade to have a pro prepare your Turbotax return. That does not mean they'll find anything to produce a refund. If you use Turbotax to prepare your returns and go through every step in the interview process properly answering the questions, it's unlikely anything was missed.

When you say you "never received any tax refund" we cannot tell if you mean that your Form 1040 showed that you were supposed to receive a refund and just never received it, or if you mean your tax forms did not show a refund at all. We cannot see your account or your tax returns. We do not know what kind of income you entered. Please provide some details---but no personal information like SSN, etc. What kind of income did you enter? Was federal or state tax withheld from your income? What was on line 35a of your Form 1040 for 2021 or 2022? Was there an amount on line 37 of either of those forms?
