Sorry but the online fees are to prepare the return, whether you efile OR print and mail. You can still mail the return. Why did it reject?

it says my state return rejected so it ended up rejecting my whole tax return and i filed 9months ago so i just want that fee back so i can handle business elsewhere.

Oh, did you use the Desktop installed program? Yes you can ask for the $20 or 25 state efile fee back. But if the state rejected it would not have rejected the whole return including federal. Why did it reject? Did you ask when it rejected? We could have helped you fix it.

i have no desktop available at the moment and i think my state return was filed incorrectly due to incorrect preparation. my state return rejected 2days after it said accepted on my federal(they were filed at the same time)and im too confused and need professional assistance but cant afford it.
