TurboTax for the 2016 tax year is no longer supported.

Did you just install 2016? If you had it installed before 2020 it should be updated. Were you able to open the .tax2016 data file in the program? You can try switching to Forms mode to print each form. Or if you have the .tax2016 file, you could try the TaxPrinter service to convert a .tax file to pdf at
