Tax amendment issue

Hi! I am having a technical problem with the TurboTax software. After preparing an amendment draft, I did not file it. Today when I want to edit it again, maybe I answered some wrong questions from Turbotax. So TurboTax thought I am making a new amendment based on the draft I made before, then the money return becomes 0 because of this.

I canceled my tax amendment then do it again, then TurboTax alway did the amendment based on that draft. How can I reset my tax amendment status and solve this issue?

I have tried to call several numbers but everything is automated. I don’t want to pay extra money for a chat feature because my question is about a technical problem and not my taxes. Can someone help me to provide a number where I can reach a person for a technical problem with TurboTax?

After you cancel the amended return you have to manually take out the changes you made to put it back to the original return. You should have made a copy of your original return before you started amending so you can go back and start over.

I canceled my amend many times and every time I redo it, TurboTax would do it based on my draft amend (The one I almost finished yesterday but did not file) and gave me the wrong Fed tax return number.
