A tax return is the Form 1040 that you complete and submit to the IRS. Do you mean there were mistakes on the tax form that you sent to the IRS (or state?) ?

Or....are you referring to your tax refund---the money you may get back after the IRS processes your tax form? Was your refund incorrect? Did the IRS change something and send you less (or more) than you expected?

Please explain clearly so we will know how to help.
