Print and mail your return. The IRS doesn't update the e-file database, so the error won't clear even after your daughter's amended return is processed.

My tax return was rejected because my daughter whom I claimed as a dependent this year filed a return and DID NOT checked that someone will claim her as a dependent. She corrected the problem and she refilled an amended return but I still get rejected. Any suggestions around

Sorry, once a ssn is used and in the IRS system you can't efile it again. You will have to print and mail your return to claim her. Even if she amends it won't release her ssn.

How to mail a return from the Online version
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online/01/26258

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
