It says it's waiting on some information on the computer and I have to not do nothing?

Read the letter carefully and follow the instructions. TurboTax has no knowledge about your return once it is processed by the IRS.

It says "we're waiting for your tax account information to be available on our computer system. We previously sent you a letter about your form 1040. Which I never receive? So I don't know if they need any information from me?

Hey I know this is an old post, but can I ask what ended up happening with this? I recieved the same notice, with no previous notice, stating the same thing as yours. Just trying to find answers! Thx
