If you never filed the original 2022 tax return you do NOT amend the return that was not filed. Cancel the amended return. Click on Cancel Amend on the left side of the online program screen if you actually started to amend the tax return.

You can make any changes to your tax return before filing.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return to make any changes before filing.

What did you pay $80 for? Did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program but end up in the Online version by accident? That is common. You can't apply the Desktop purchase to the Online version. By the way it shows you are posting from the Online Free Edition.
