turbotax does not call users. by posting your phone number you have set yourself up to be called by scammers. If someone calls and says they're from Turbotax hang up. You have to call support.

@Shorty 766 "I never got my refund and I still owe the IRS" makes no sense. If you owe the IRS for 2021 then you were not getting a refund for 2021. So which is it----did your 2021 tax return show a refund on line 35a or did it show tax due on line 37? It cannot be both.
