I have already made it to that point the only reason I noticed was it asked me about my 2021 taxes to use E-file

@culdren Do NOT e-file that tax return since it will be all wrong. Stop. Go back to Federal>Wages & Income and delete the incorrect W-2, then replace it by entering your 2022 W-2. While you are at it, I suggest double-checking any other information you have entered, then you can e-file. Your 2021 AGI will be found on line 11 of your 2021 Form 1040 (not on your W-2). If you are not able to e-file using the amount on line 11, try using zero. If zero does not work, then print, sign and mail the tax return.
