    <description>&lt;P&gt;WOW ... you are just noticing this 3 years later ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I highly recommend you paper file the return ASAP and pay as much of the balance due that you can&amp;nbsp; and expect the IRS to bill you for a failure to file penalty , for a failure to pay penalty + interest and you need to pay that bill when it comes in the mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If return shows "amount you owe" but&amp;nbsp; it did not get to the IRS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have to file the return on paper and pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IRS will then bill you for late filing penalty and interest and late payment penalty and interest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5318285"&gt;@jrino&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
