After 90 days ct refund not processed

my ct state e-file was processed and approved on 2/20/2018 its more than 90 days still I did not receive my refund. I checked on CT state website for 2017 returns & tax filling and its does not have any records. I can see my previous years refunds there. Is there anything wrong with my CT state filling.

Approved, or just Accepted? They are not the same. When entering the state refund amount in the website, be sure to use only that figure, not the TT combined Federal/State one.

its accepted more than 90 days before. I just now called CT drs & automated recording system says my refund is not yet processed.
