    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you had your ssn on both returns then the second one Efiled would have rejected.&amp;nbsp; So it sounds to me like you filed the first time under your ex husband's ssn and you were not listed at all?&amp;nbsp; Was that a Single or MFS return?&amp;nbsp; And if you only filed it with his ssn on it then his actual 2022 return would have rejected.&amp;nbsp; Can you ask him if he was able to Efile a return this year?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So maybe his return is the one that is messed up and needs fixing.&amp;nbsp; But by him.&amp;nbsp; You should talk to him about it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your second return with you listed as primary and only your right name, ssn and info was accepted then you should be ok.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i accidentally filed my taxes under my ex husbands name because our information was already in the computer form previous years of doing turbo tax.&amp;nbsp; all the financial information was under my name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was filed and accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ihave since filed it under my name which was accepted as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do i fix this?????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot find a human to speak to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok ... what exactly&amp;nbsp; did you do ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you accidentally file a return under your ex's SS# as the primary taxpayer?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you file as the spouse or as the primary taxpayer with their SS# ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then also filed a return with your SS# in the taxpayer's slot ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
