    <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally got through by phone to a person at Turbotax and they agreed that &lt;U&gt;they made an error&lt;/U&gt; on my Virginia tax return. &amp;nbsp;They claimed it was a typing error. &amp;nbsp;The state amended the return but the error caused a two month delay in getting a tax refund. &amp;nbsp;Turbotax helped me file a request for refund of the state filing fee and sent an email with a case number, a notice that they would review the request within 5-7 business days, and an internet address fo track the status of the refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT...&lt;U&gt;turbo strikes again&lt;/U&gt;...that URL is only for requesting a refund. &amp;nbsp;There is no way to enter a refund request case number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do they stay up late finding ways to screw the customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
