State withholding tax on Virginia state tax form is wrong. It is NOT the sum of the two state withholding entries I made.

Updating "error on state tax form". I cannot seem to find a way to report an error Turbo Tax made on my state tax form. But I did find the file Turbotax keeps on me! The private statistics file includes the number of postings I've made, the number of messages I've read, my IP address, computer used and browser used.

I'd like a refund on the state filing charge because you delayed my refund by almost 3 months by not reporting the correct withholding amount. My entries were correct. How did you come up with the number you reported?

Guess my statistics will change again !

Followed your instructions to login, request "talk to a specialist", mention "product refund" and was told "no specialists are available now". Enough runaround. I have described your error...wrong total of 2 correctly input Virginia state tax withholding amounts. Caused 3 month delay in getting corrected refund. You have my name and my tax return and my email address. Check your arithmetic and get back to me.

Such a shame...after at least 10 years of Turbotax I'm going to have to try HRBlock. You can't admit you made a mistake.

Error on Virginia state tax form. Long phone wait and then TT specialist admitted error. Filed refund request and got email with a case number and an internet address to track refund. On that URL I had to again enter order number etc again. No direct route via case number. Finally found "more actions" at the bottom of the form.

Chose "track refund". Lo and behold true to form TT displayed error message "403 Forbidden'
