Cannot open any files in TT 2021. I get error message asking keychain password, but doesn't work. I can open from Finder window.

Here's the error message:

TurboTax 2021 wants to use your confidential information stored in "Intuit ID

(prdatnresHRieeTUFcJ7VGY6C9CtCtwUReAYo3

6-5)" in your keychain.

To allow this, enter the "login" keychain password.

Password:

Always Allow

Deny

Allow

My Keychain password is correct. I use it all the time.

and

I can open any TT 2021 file by using Finder.

Obviously, I using a Mac. It's an M1 Apple silicon version and I purchesed TT H&B 2021 as a download from Amazon, if that matters.
