    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I have followed all tips deleted forms resubmitted. tried to do the dummy form but then it asked to upgrade. I am just trying to file a simple return I am not paying 59 dollars in order for the dummy form to get my taxes excepted to the IRS. If this is indeed a program glitch of turbo tax there should be an easier way to fix this issue or is the main idea to get people to purchase the upgrade, I owe taxes it's no way I am paying to pay the IRS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is clear what is the issue you are having with your Form 1095-A&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, the efile rejection happens when your return is missing Form 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement. The IRS compares the information you enter on your return with what they have in their database. When something's missing or mismatched, your return gets rejected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;There are two reasons your return could be rejected if you weren't covered at all in 2022 through the Marketplace.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;1. A form could be stuck in your return, prompting the rejection.&amp;nbsp;If&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;you have already attempted to e-file your return but were rejected with code F8962-070, you may find that you won't be able to answer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;No&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;to the question&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;Did you receive a Form 1095-A?&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;When you select&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;No&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;, TurboTax will revert your selection back to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;Yes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;. This is because Forms 1095-A and 8962 are currently included in your return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;"&gt;2. The IRS has information that someone in your household should have a 1095-A.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#393A3D;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;This could be because you or a dependent had Marketplace insurance in a previous year, or because a form is stuck in your return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
