I am trying to print final tax return, get all way to adobe view page, form looks good, go to print tab and as soon as I click the print tab return page turns to very small page? I hit cancel button and return page returns to normal. I go through all the settings and verify they are correct, hit print tab again and page turns small. Something is happening here that never happen before, been using TT for 15 years and never had a problem like this? I cannot print my return?

OK, two things.

1) When you get to the print page...make sure "Actual Size" or "fit" has been selected. Then print jsut one page to see what happens.

still wrong?

2) On the print page, go to the mid-upper part of the page..

...make sure "Print in grayscale..." is NOT selected

....then hit the "Advanced" button.

.......then select the "Print As Image" box...OK

.............the print one page to try again.

Not much else...something is screwy if it is affecting you.....my Adobe PDF reader works perfectly.
