I have put my information in the online service as well as the software on my computer. I received two different totals for refunds and due taxes. How is that possible?

Are both your state and federal returns different?

There could possibly be an error in one of your entries. Please review your return in TurboTax Online and compare it to the return in the TurboTax CD/Download software to check for any errors or information you inadvertently omitted.

How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?
