Has anyone received their refund after filing 8915 f last week Thursday or Friday? There seems to be a delay in our refunds. Oh TT!

I received my state refund this morning. My federal return is still being processed. Never heard of anyone getting their state check before the federal refund. Amazing.

There is no order of receiving refunds since your state and federal refund come from two separate entities. You can continue to check the status of your federal refund by going directly to: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I have seen one person indicate on this platform that they have received their refund or in fact, they expect their refund to be deposited on 3/29. Has anyone else received their refund or moved from processed to approved on the IRS website?? I have never waited this long for my refund in years. Anyone else experiencing this delay?

Please see the information and video in this TurboTax FAQ here. The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. If it's been more than 21 days since your e-filed return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.
