I e-filed both after amended through my Turbo Tax and IRS accepted my federal return right away but my state got rejected. So I went back in to fix (ended up owing more from 1st amend) then e-filed again. IRS rejected again. Went in to fix again (owed even more again) e-filed again. Rejected again. Turbo Tax said "everything looks good" each time before I e-filed.
