      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you under 59 1/2 of age and paid a penalty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that's pretty hard to miss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;other wise your tax will be the same either way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63143"&gt;@JZell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
