This company is a fraud my refund was sent to this bank by TurboTax. They won’t answer phone calls or respond to many emails i have sent. I have yet to receive my 2021 refund, I have an Auth# and Tracking number for my refund, the irs won’t intervine because the money has been sent already. TurboTax is really not making it any easy, how are they affiliated with this bank and don’t have contact with them. I’m very disappointed ☹️, NEVER AGAIN WILL I FILE A RETURN WITH TURBOTAX!!!

If you opted to have the TurboTax fees deducted from your refund by using the Refund Processing Service, the IRS sends the refund to the third-party processor to have the TurboTax fees along with the service charge deducted, and the remaining funds are deposited into the account specified on your return.

I am feeling the same way been waiting on my refund since 02/23/23 money was sent to this bank by the IRS I have been going back and forth with them and nothing even though they received there fees as well as turbo tax this may be my last ear with turbo tax as well
