The check e-file status is not working!!

I filed my daughters tax returns on February 2, 2023. She has already gotten both of her refunds posted to her bank account. Her e-file status is STILL PENDING.

I had two other family members filed as well and they are still pending. It's been over three weeks.

I can't finish the returns because when I print them the submission number for the state return is missing due to the pending status.

My son used OLT and his status was accepted within the 48 hours with a submission number.

PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS TURBO TAX. I want to print my returns and be done with it!

YOUR ARE THE PROBLEM!

Nothing has changed. Every return still has pending.

Just updated my software. Pending to accepted has been fixed, BUT STILL NO SUBMISSION NUMBERS on Indiana IT-8456-OL FORM.

Still can't print final returns; since no submission numbers.🤔
