I received a letter from the IRS needing to verify my identity. They also extended the time an additional 9 weeks for me to receive my refund. Am I able to get a refund from turbo tax on there service since I still had to go down to the IRS office.

LOL ... no... turbo tax has no control over what the IRS does or how long the return will take for processing. You paid for the use of the program to complete a return that could be filed and your return was filed.
