Form 2441 - Duplicate care provider entries

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out how to remove a care provider entry from form 2441 and haven't been able to. I've seen posts to delete the form entirely, but I'm unsure if i can re-add it back. I also removed my W-2 as it has info on box 10 since my employer provider part of my sons care; i paid additional care throughout the year at a different location. I paid and went to review my paperwork one last time before filing and that's when i saw the duplicate entries. Does anyone know how i can remove one of them, or what i can do?

You are able to add or delete care providers at the screen Here’s what you spent on care providers.

Click Delete trashcan to the right of the vendor to remove the vendor.

Click Add Another Care Provider to add another provider.

Thank you @JamesG1 i have done this multiple times, but every time i go back to try and add the info again it still shows me the provider listed twice. Even if i hit the trash can button and refresh, it still shows the provider back on the Your Tax Breaks page.

After you click on the trash can, and before you add the other childcare provider, clear your cookies and your cache. There may be some residual information stored on your computer.
