Why is it incorrect? If it's an address, it's not a probblem. You can't , however, change amounts. If you need a revised form, contact the issuer.

Form 1099-K is sent to you and the IRS so you should not report a different number. As awesome Community contributor says, contact the Form 1099-K issuer to discuss the matter. They can send you a corrected form if they agree.

You don’t say why you received Form 1099-K. If you sold items, you will deduct the cost of purchases, so if you believe the Box 1a amount is not what you took ended up with, those adjustments are made in reporting your income and expenses.

As leeloo says, we’d need to know more about why you believe your form is incorrect.
