Refund from TPG SBTPG LLC

My refund is less and comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC"

I was trying to research this before I came here. And this was posted last year. Is there a reason I only received 59$ when 117$ was / is already slated to come out of my refund?

Did you receive less than expected on your tax refund? The refund amount the IRS deposited in your account may be less than what you expected. There may be a few reasons why this may have happened. If this happened to you, you should get a letter from the government explaining why you didn't get the entire refund. Please see this Help Article for assistance.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.  

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
