You should include the 1099-R form in your return because...

You should include the 1099-R form in your return because it was also sent to the IRS and they match up forms issued with forms filed with your return. However, the IRS is not
accepting amended forms until February 11. The 2015 1040X form will
not be ready until then. Wait until your return is fully processed before
amending to add the 1099-R. See Guidelines below

If
you have already e-filed, and the file was rejected, you can
log in to your account and make changes to your return. Continue and resubmit
the return.

If
your e-filed return is in a pending status, you must wait
until it is either accepted or rejected.

If
your e-filed return is accepted, what until you receive any refund
(if applicable) before filing an amended return.

If
you need to file an amended return, do not make any changes in
your return. The amended return has to begin with the return exactly as
originally filed.

See
link below for amending instructions.
