If I don’t hear from a real person about my taxes from last year Turbo Tax WILL BE held accountable. I never got ANY of my taxes from last year and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human! And I’ve been trying to get help for a year

The IRS handles refunds. TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after the return is accepted by IRS. Check your IRS transcripts to get information about refund.

Turbo Tax does not receive any taxpayer refund. We only provide a way for you to prepare your return. Please contact the IRS to inquire about your refund.
