What do you mean by "uneven"? What is the error? What is not even with what?

Is the state withholding on a W-2 or on a different form? Is the error on the W-2 or other form from an employer or payer, or is the error in TurboTax?

It might help to answer your question if you tell us what state the withholding is for, what state you worked in, and what state you lived in.

We’ll need more information about what you mean by uneven state withholding.

If this involves 2022 state withholding, it’s probably too late to fix anything now, unless your employer issues you a corrected W-2.

If this involves 2023 state withholding, you can file a new state withholding form to adjust the amount of tax taken out of your pay.
