      <description>&lt;P&gt;While E-filing this message came up -- "Hmmm...Something went wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can't confirm if the Intuit Electronic Filing Center received your returns.&amp;nbsp; Please check that your Internet access is working and that all of your wires are connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why not take a break?&amp;nbsp; You can come back in about an hour and see if the status of your return has changed."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the status over the last 2 days&amp;nbsp;and this error message comes up every time.&amp;nbsp; How do I correct this proplem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt;I have tried most of the recommended solutions to resolve my TurboTax problem.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled&amp;nbsp;and reinstalled several times with no new results.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt; I still get the same error message.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt;I thought it might be the CD so I tried to go into&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;TurboTax and download it using the license code I have.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It said the code was already used and to go to downloads.&amp;nbsp; When I went&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt;to&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt;&amp;nbsp;downloads;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there was no&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;download shown/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica"&gt;available, I'm&amp;nbsp;currently at a loss of what to do other than purchase another CD or download.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have used this computer for the past 3 years without any problems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was given a form to get a refund for the program but it says it has to be within 60 days; I purchased this program CD on 2 December.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Dan&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you followed these &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/update-products/manually-update-turbotax-windows-software-basic/L3Wf9OPaf_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;instructions&lt;/A&gt; to run an update manually on the software? Sometimes reinstalling it will not install the needed updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
