Why did u and sbtpg not send me my refund. Why have I been giving 3 different dates that u supposedly sent my 4000.00 dollors to irs but irs says u havnt sent it back. I'm getting a lawyer it's extortion how could u sit there n steal from ur clients I hope u go to jail I'm seeing u if somebody doesn't **bleep**in pay me asap. Maribel Fierros

Turbo Tax does not send any person refund. The IRS sends refunds to where you designate. If you chose to pay your Turbo Tax fees from your refund, then your refund would go to SBTPG. You will have to contact the IRS to see if they released your 2020 refund.
