I only received 1899.13 of my 2576.00 refund. It says it’s accepted but not officially sent on the IRS website. Will I receive the rest at a later time?

Is the missing amount the state refund ... the fed & state refunds come from totally different taxing authories at different times.

I didn’t receive anything for my state. Everything was federal.
