Same. I got the e-mails stating that my Federal and State returns were accepted - 3 days ago - but still no updated status in TurboTax. If this is the biggest problem we have today, we can count our blessings, right? (OTOH, if a week goes by and this still isn't fixed, then there's a problem. I normally print out the "Accepted" status from TurboTax to store with my backup copies.) Cheers!

If you got the acceptance emails then they were accepted ... failure for the TT program to update is immaterial.

Now your only info will come from the fed/state so check their sites only ...

You can track your federal refund HERE

To track your state refund:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

The taxes in question, are you talking about Feb. 28th 2022? Since Feb. 28, 2023 as not passed yet. If so, i would recommend contacting the IRS since Turbotax can not go any further than the submitting part of taxes. Unless you are rejected of course. if you are speaking of 2022, the only way to amend would be downloading the software and mailing them in. You could try printing and mailing them in anyway even though thats not highly recommended but i understand that having them accepted for so long can be frustrating and confusing. So i would try to contact your local IRS first, and if all else fails, i personally, would mail them in.
