Once your return is accepted by the IRS, they will have the most up-to-date information for you. TurboTax helps you prepare your return and then we pass it on to the IRS.

Sign into your online TurboTax account, then, go to Tax Home. You can check your e-file status here. Once that return is accepted, it's in the hands of the IRS and any further updates will come from their website. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

It was accepted and at first I was able to track it now its not available. On my account transcript I think it says refund freeze I'm not sure but on my account page there is a exclamation on years 2020 and 2022, the 2022 says if u have made a change it will take longer but I have nor made a change.

The status bar can disappear while the return is being processed. It will reappear when the processing is complete. Continue checking the status of your return using the Where's My Refund? site. If it has been more than 21 days since your e-filed return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on the status of your refund.
