It keeps sending me back to pick a different way to receive my refund, which I do but then send me through the process to apply for the advance agin and if I hit jo I do not agree the cycle repeats.

If you have TurboTax Online software, please try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser or use a different browser.
