IRS has not accepted my return

I submitted my federal and state tax return on Jan 31st. However, they are still not being accepted. Is anyone else experiencing this? should I be worried?

Just to close this post, I got a rejection message on 2/3 and the error code is F8960-019-04. If you search this code here, you will see a really good post on what it is about.
