How can I amend my 2020 taxes with turbotax? When I try to do it online I get this message, "Amending a prior year return is not currently supported by IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax. So how do I go about doing a amended return?

LindseyLO, the link you provided no longer works. I have the same issue trying to amend my 2020 return which was filed with Free File. I don't mind that I would have to pay for the amended return, but I cannot find how to do so.

You are commenting on an older thread that may have outdated information. For this type of filing, you can use the free forms provided by the IRS at the link here. Or, you can purchase the prior year's software here to Amend.
