All income should have been included on your original return. If your return has been accepted, You will have to amend your return to add the new W-2. Don’t amend your return until your original return has been fully processed. The IRS gets copies of all W-2’s, they may send you a letter asking for the missing W-2.

If your return gets rejected, you can add the new W-2, fix any errors, then re-e-file.
