Go to Search (upper right) and enter 1099-sa (lower case) (Mac users will have to find 1099-SA in the Topics list). Ignore any suggested search terms and just hit Enter. Then click on the jump-to link.

This may take you to the 1099-SA screen. In this case, just click on the Delete button next to the 1099-SA that you want to remove. Or, you may be taken to an HSA summary screen, and you may need to click Edit, to resume the HSA interview at the start. The 1099-SA screen is early in the HSA interview.

Also, why do you want to delete it from your income? Are you sure that this isn't correct?

This is incorrect, there is NO delete option. You can not even change the amount. This is a bull**bleep** way of making people PAY for the free service. I filed std deduction which should be free but because there is a form 1099-sa (NO USED) in the documents, but not filed, turbo tax makes you pay

There is a delete option in TurboTax online. You can delete form 1099-SA in TurboTax by following these steps:

From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
On the drop-down select Tools
On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form
This will show all of the forms in your return
Scroll down to the form you want to delete
Select the Form
Click on Delete.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
