I have not received any communication regarding advance status either. I was accepted by federal and state about 4 hours ago

Same here. Called Credit Karma. They had no idea what they were doing and told me to call Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax told me to call Credit Karma. This happened 3 more times and finally Turbo Tax finally gave up and said, just wait. Well, it's been 24 hours and still nothing. What a scam. Never using Turbo Tax again. Judging from Twitter and Reddit, it seems like a lot of other people are having issues and are getting the runaround too.

I follow some refund forums and have seen some of the same kind of feedback. It's as if there's not a uniform process as presented in the FAQ's since some are receiving immediate deposits, some made to wait hours-days, some receiving emails and some not. I feel like at a bare minimum, there should be some kind of communication regarding the advance at acceptance especially if you were so-called pre-approved.

Just called again after being told to call after 24 hours. Received zero new information. I had to sit and wait for the customer service to read the FAQs that I could've read myself. Just such a scam. Never using Turbo Tax again.

Zero communication on it from TurboTax, the bank the advance goes through or credit karma. Nothing

A member posted in the community an hour ago they just received the email notification and refund advance deposit at the same time.

Hopefully we get some type of status update soon.
