The "Live" tax experts are seasonal employees, so there is no way to know if the same person is here for the 2022 tax return season. You can try asking customer support but don't get your hopes up.

Thank you I actually spoke to another lady and she told me that the rep from last year didn’t report this time around and I was actually interested in working with her. She told me to share my docs and when I did turbo supervisors was acting a total a yesterday’s and wouldn’t let me speak with her as I don’t want to talk to anyone else so I refused to work with turbo
